House Rules
1) Engaging in karaoke activities and utilizing a PA System (Public Address System) is not suitable. Should you intend to conduct karaoke activities and use a PA System solely within the premises, the use of the PA system must conclude no later than 9 PM.
2) Kindly ensure that we collectively maintain the sensitivity and harmony of our neighbours. Excessive disturbances (such as creating noise while swimming in the pool by children until late at night) should be avoided to preserve the harmonious ambience within the Jalan Gembira neighbourhood. The use of the swimming pool should conclude no later than 9 PM.
3) Out of respect for the harmony within the Jalan Gembira neighbourhood, Ruma Teduh will NOT accommodate the following guests:
• Motorcycle Groups of Teenagers
• Mixed Groups of Teenage Boys/Girls who are not Muhrim.
